Description

The BASRECCS is organizing a regional CCUS conference on September 25-26 in Tallinn, Estonia. The conference will gather representatives from the industry, academia, government and NGOs providing a unique informational and networking opportunity.

With the support of the Nordic Council of Ministers and the Global CCS Institute, the event will offer the opportunity to discuss the importance of CCUS in the Baltics region, future collaboration avenues and much more. Conference topics will include talks on emerging technologies and projects, the role of cities and storage of CO2.

BASRECCS-ENOS knowledge-sharing workshop - How to enable onshore CO2 geological storage in the Baltic Sea Region

Date: 26 September 12.30-18.00. The workshop will start after the Baltic Carbon Forum with the common BASRECCS-ENOS lunch (12.30-13-30) supported by the Nordic Council of Ministers.

ENOS is a Horizon 2020 project (Enabling Onshore CO2 Geological Storage in Europe).Presentations and discussions at the BASRECCS-ENOS workshop will cover: CO2 storage sites, CO2 use, CO2-EOR, CCUS education and other issues of common interest for the Baltic Sea Region and Europe.

The workshop is supported by the Global CCS Institute, Nordic Council of Ministers, BASRECCS, ENOS project and Tallinn University of Technology.
