Description

The aim of this interactive workshop "Balanced Life in the Modern World" is to explore the key aspects of living a more balanced life in today’s modern world. To live a balanced life means to create a harmony between the three core aspects of life: the physical, mental and spiritual aspect, where benefits gained from each aspect can support and strengthen the others.
