ask no more ..... now you can learn how and take these hints, tips and secrets home from a couple of Brisbane's masters of their own craft

Mark & Morgan will be taking us through hints and tips on the art of bacony goodness... there will be treats to taste and there will be a take home pack featuring something from the Chilli Effect's outstanding range and a pack of Wylde Smoke BBQ's bacon rub ..the whole the chilli effect and Wyld Smoke BBQ range will be available for purchase at the event

chef Hansell will take you on a walk through where, what, when, and why jerky is sooo good!

why he chooses his perticular cut of meat...he will walk and talk you through all the hints tricks and tips to making his signature beef jerky "the gauncho" blend featuring chimichurri

Hansell beef jerky will be available for purchase at the event as well as chef Steve unveiling a new flavour featuring one of the chilli effect's sauces..PUPOW



the event specs

start time : 3.00pm

doors open : 2.30pm

feel free to arrive earlier as the bar will be open and serving icy cold craft beer and other fine alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages


finish time : 5pm

doors close: 6pm

feel free to stick around and have a chat with the organiser or presenters over a beverage and snacks


running format

50 min class with 1st presenter

then

20 min truckstop break in the middle where we will serve a bacon burger and a chance to have a beverage (or two) if the moment grabs you

then

swap over classes

50 min class with next presenter
