About this Event

PLEASE NOTE THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ONLY. Please register using your work email address. Personal and non-government email addresses will be removed from the attendees list.

Governments have been at the forefront of rapidly responding to the recent pandemic, with scaled-up services and new practices.

It’s time for us to ask ourselves: What has the experience of COVID-19 taught us that we can apply to the future of work and service delivery?

Using the online whiteboard tool, Mural, you’ll get to provide your input into a guided ‘retro’ (evaluation). And if you don’t want to join in but just want to check out how Mural works, you can do that too.

This collaborative workshop is brought to you by the Public Sector Innovation Network, Services Australia, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australian Taxation Office, and Home Affairs.

Join us at this event and more – check out the Innovation Month 2020 calendar.
