Back to School Bike Workshop - Get Ready To Ride To School

About this Event
Who: Children aged between 8-14 years
What: Engaging and informative sessions on bike maintenance, bike safety, bike skills and more!
When: Thursday 15 April 10am-2pm
Where: PCYC Lake Illawarra - 156 Reddall Parade, Lake Illawarra NSW 2528
Cost: FREE - with thanks to the Oak Flats Lions Club
Things you need to know:
- Please bring: your bicycle, helmet, water bottle, enclosed shoes, and hat.
- If you are unable to bring your own bicycle, please let us know and we can arrange a loan for you on the day.
- Sun Safety - sunscreen will be supplied, however we encourage children to bring their own as well as a hat to be sun safe while outdoors.
- A BBQ lunch will be provided on the day thanks to PCYC Lake Illawarra
COVID-19: Healthy Cities Illawarra will enforce COVID-19 guidelines for the safety of staff, volunteers and participants. These procedures are based around social distancing, hygiene, cleaning and record-keeping. Participants may not attend our walking event if they have any of the following:
- Close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 days.
- Travelled to Australia from overseas or have been in close contact with someone who has arrived in Australia in the past 14 days.
- COVID-19 symptoms: Fever or acute respiratory infection (e.g. shortness of breath or cough) with or without fever.
