Back 2 Basics Meditation Course
When: Each Tuesday night, 6.30pm – 7.30pm

This course is for anyone who wishes to learn the foundations for meditation practice. Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn the basics, or a spiritual seeker wanting to experience the different types of meditation, or a practitioner who wants to harness the energy and support from meditating within a group, these weekly meditation classes allow us to 'check in' with our practice and with ourselves.
This is a small class with guided instructions, to provide one-on-one feedback where required. There are many misconceptions of meditation, so we welcome any questions you may have about meditation or Buddhism generally. These are interactive and open classes to all who wish to mediate.
Each week, we will explore a different theme and meditation technique, including mindfulness practice, body awareness, loving-kindness meditation, insight meditation, and more.
This is a drop in class so no need to RSVP, though we encourage you to check our website or Facebook page regularly for any changes or announcements.
