Tired of being tired? Join this class to learn the ABC's of baby sleep. Take home the tips and see your household sleeping in no time.

About this Event

Sleep is as vital for our health and well being as food and water. Yet so many new parents struggle for months, years even, without adequate sleep. Sleep deprivation doesn’t have to be a part of your parenting experience. Join this workshop to learn tools to help your little one ease into healthy sleep habits lasting a lifetime.

By attneding this one off class you will be taught an introduction to healthy sleep for your little one. Tessa is a qualified sleep consultant and practicing midwife who will share her knowledge and experience on a long list of sleep topics including;

Top settling techniques Creating the perfect sleep space Optimal nap timings Age specific schedule tips Sleep regressions Alternatives to the cry-it-out method

This class does not endorse cry it out methods but instead tries to tackle the reasons WHY your little one isn’t sleeping. Aiming to trouble shoot the problem before even considering the supportive and responsive sleep solutions as a last resort. This workshop is relevant to all first time and seasoned parents looking for tips to enhance their sleep. Children welcomed but often clients find it easier to concentrate and get the most out of the class when they attend child-free.

CLASS LOCATION ; 5/26 O'Hanlon Place, Nicholls. Federation square. Inside Yoga mums fitness studio. Next door to Gold Creek Cafe.

CLASS TIMING ; Fridays 1130am. Contact me today to discuss other opportunities if this day/time does not work for you. Please arrive on time, the class will start as scheduled.

COST ; The class is a very reasonable $40 per person. Refreshments will be provided. The cost of the class ($40) is refunded if a consultation with Enhance Sleep is booked.

LOGISTICS ; Plenty of easy parking behind the studio. And there is a cafe next door! A small park on the corner next to the car park and a safe pedestrianised square with no traffic. Toilets available in the square. Petrol station at the top of the road and an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops in the locality.

This class is currently run at a specific location on one particular day. If this day does not work for you there is the possibility of organising future dates to run a class. Please get in touch. If you want to organise a class closer to home, at your home, with friends, family, mothers group or a daycare centre get in touch. There is a minimum of 5 attendees required to make a booking.
