Wed. 9 November 2016, 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm AEDT
Baby sleep disturbances can be a result of many factors including social structure, understanding, expectations and lifestyles. Whatever the cause, the effect on babies and families can be enormous. This session offers parents a better understanding of their baby's needs, cues and capabilities and a gentle response based way to help with sleep. Safe Sleep Space (www.safesleepspace.com.au) will present this session and have a settling approach that achieves sleep without using any controlled crying techniques.
