1 ticket per family including baby - support person welcome to attend no ticket required
The Babies in Hume Program is a free, fun, interactive support and 8 week education program for all Hume families enrolled in the Hume City Council Maternal and Child Health Service. This is a great opportunity for you to gain information relevant to your baby’s developing needs. Come along, meet other parents, share experiences, discuss topics of interest, ask questions and have some fun!
For babies four months and under includes.
Week 1 communication with your baby
Week 2 sleep needs of your baby
Week 3 early nutritional needs of your baby - Immunisation information
Week 4 lifestyle changes and self-care
Week 5 keeping your baby safe
Week 6 baby massage
Week 7 importance of play in the developing infant - Books & Bubs session
Week 8 sleep and the older baby
Additional Sessions offered
Evening or weekend session Infant CPR workshop
Dads of Hume Storytime once a month on Saturdays at local libraries
