B2B Sales Accelerator - 4 Weeks

Opening and Building New Customer Relationships

Paul has 18 years of enterprise sales experience across Enterprise and Government clients in Australia, NZ, Asia and the Middle East. He also has 4 years experience in mentoring startups and has sold approximately $30M in products and services.

The program is designed to help you build the collateral and material you need to build strong relationships with new customers.

The Program will cover:

Part 1 - First Workshop on Monday 9 October 2017, 5.30pm - 8.00pm
We will work with you to achieve the following:

  • Set your Sales Goals

  • Develop your Value Proposition

  • Identify your Target Audience

  • Personalise your Introduction Letters and Emails

Part 2 - Second Workshop on Monday 23 October 2017, 5.30pm - 8.00pm
In this workshop you will learn and practice cold calling and setting the agenda for the first meeting.

Part 3 - one on one in person meeting with Paul Davies for one hour
Here you can discuss your experiences and Paul can identify the tweaks that you need to put in place to polish your approach. This meeting will occur between the Initial Workshop and Final Catch up.

Part 4 - Retrospective and Social on Monday 6 November 2017, 6.00pm-7.00pm
Debrief with the rest of the cohort and share your experiences in an informal session, reflect on the journey and have an opportunity for last minute questions.
Please note we have limited places to 12 in order to give each person maximum attention and help them achieve their goals for successful selling.
