Event description
As a community we will be celebrating the Autumn Equinox and explore the themes of duality and gratitude.

About this Event

The Autumnal Equinox marks twhe day of the year where the sun crosses the celestial equator, a time where day and night are of equal length.

The Autumn Equinox also known as Mabon is a time to celebrate the gifts and bounty that nature has provided at harvest time. We will reflect on the gifts we have recieved during the harvest seasons in a gratitude practices and prepare for for the darker months.

The changing seasons represent our move around the Sun and symbolise our internal seasons. We are all beings on this Earth, interconnected with the natural world around us. This circle allows us the opportunity to see the reflection of our inner world with the outer world as we enter this phase of duality; yin and yang, light and dark.

In circle we will be exploring how to find internal balance through guided meditation, breathwork, an optional sharing circle and gentle movement.

This circle is for men and women. Please bring a pillow or two to sit on, pen and journal/ paper and a share plate (plastic free if possible) for a pot luck to enjoy together as community :)

Note: The Autumn Equinox for 2019 falls on the 21st but we will be gathering a few days later.
