At just $5 a session (+BF), learn to cook with Masterchef contestant Jenny Lam or delight in deluxe cheese and drink pairings.

Please note these are 18+ events only.

Core Cider Pairing
1:30pm

Producing over 9 varieties of apples, Core ciders are Born, Brewed and Bottled onsite, making for an authentic orchard-to-glass cider experience; real craft cider (as opposed to that made from apple concentrate), utilising methods such as basket pressing and barrel fermentation for their traditional ciders and with added carbonation for their modern, ‘bubbly’ sparkling range.

Pairing fabulous artisan cheeses with some of Core’s best hand crafted ciders including ‘Hard Core’ and ‘Coreupted’ you’ll leave this Foodie Experience a connoisseur in all things apple related.

Blue Cow Cheese & Sandalford Wine Pairing
2:30pm
OR
6:30pm

Blue Cow’s close alliances with revered artisanal cheesemakers has provided them with an exclusive, varied, and esteemed range of cheeses. As such, flights leave Charles de Gaulle and Venice Marco Polo airport/s every fortnight laden with fresh cheeses from across Europe, bound for their cheese rooms and larders – delivering the freshest cheese available anywhere within Australia.

Sandalford has been making superb Western Australian wines for over 175 years at one of Australia’s most sustainable wineries. Try a range of their Margaret River and Swan Valley Estate wines as they are perfectly paired with some of Blue Cow's gourmet cheeses in this intimate pairing session.

Cooking Class with Masterchef's Jenny Lam
4:30pm

Looking for ideas to cook at home that are quick, cheap and healthy? Join ex-MasterChef contestant Jenny Lam in our Autumn River kitchen and whip up - and eat! - one of her favourites, Shaking Beef.

Jenny Lam began cooking at the young age of 8 years old and 20 years on, her love for great food and cooking is now a full time career! Her culinary passion led her to successfully become a part of MasterChef Australia’s top 24 2018. After MasterChef, she worked as a full-time chef at Perth’s acclaimed Wildflower, stagiaire at Long Chim, all before opening up Perth’s popular Vietnamese street food restaurant - Bunn Mee in Leederville. She’s currently working on the release of her first cookbook and opening up her own cooking school in Swan Valley. She describes her style of cooking as generous, flavoursome and simple. “Food is not just sustenance, it is a means of joy and bringing people together!”
