Autumn Fermentation Workshop May 2017

We would like to welcome you to a community event of sharing food and knowledge in partnership with Ferment It.
Featuring a feast table for 20 guests, we will carefully main vegan course to match the food that is taught in the fermentation class (by the Ferment It team), popular Kimchi. Plus you get to make and take home your very own fermented vegetables, it’s the perfect way to re-connect with food.
Main vegan course paired with organic wine or kombucha
You will learn hands on how to make a kimchi
Each person gets to take home what they made on the night including their own fermentation kit full of kimchi!

Cost: $ 95 per person.
