Event description

Description

Join bestselling author Judy Nunn as she discusses her compelling new novel, Sanctuary, a stunning portrait of love, hope and survival on an isolated island off Western Australia.

Judy Nunn’s latest novel follows the tribulations of a group of refugees whose rickety wooden dinghy runs aground on a barren island off the coast of Western Australia, and a tiny fishing community forty kilometres away on the mainland where nothing ever changes – until now.

Judy’s career has been long, illustrious and multifaceted. After combining her internationally successful acting career with scriptwriting for television and radio, Judy decided to turn her hand to prose. She has since developed a love of writing Australian historically-based fiction and her fame as a novelist has spread rapidly throughout Europe where she is published in English, German, French, Dutch, Czech and Spanish.

Book available for sale and signing on the night.
