We are social animals, and the richer and more authentically that we communicate then the deeper we start to know ourselves and to be able to truly engage with others.

- Have you ever had experiences where you felt truly felt, heard or seen and this felt amazing?

- Or been in an interaction where someone thanked for you truly seeing them?

- Or heard about this mysterious thing called ‘presence’ and wondered how to develop it?

- Or even felt that that relationships can be much richer and wondered how to make that happen?

This event will involve games that explore communication, empathy, and simply being yourself. We all naturally have a lot to share, and this event is an accessible, unpressured and relaxed flow of exercises and games to teach new ways and new layers of fluency in authentic relating.

Our real human nature is sadly being lost amidst all of the social media substitutes and the numerous entertainment shows that continually discourage depth and realness.

Luckily, even online it is possible to explore having fun, developing presence and communication skills, and building conscious community.
