Gnocchi con sugo al basilico... luscious potato gnocchi served with a delicious tomato sauce flavoured with fresh basil.
Spezzatino di pollo con verdure gratinate... juicy chicken pieces cooked with white wine, garlic and rosemary, all served with an array of gratinated fresh vegetables italian style.
Panna cotta con fragole alla marsala... the epic panna cotta served with mouthwatering strawberries marinated in marsala wine.
This is a full "hands on" workshop, suitable for everyone regardless of experience. You will be making everything on the menu with all the supervision and help you'll need. It is essential to have fun, meet new people, and enjoy yourself.
All ingredients provided, just bring along a tea towel and apron.

When & Where
Anna Pompetti founded the famous multi-ward winning Anna's Restaurant in Stanthorpe Qld over 30 years ago. Anna later moved to Italy (her birth country) where she lived for over 20 years, refining and mastering the art of traditional Italian cooking. She is now living on the Sunshine Coast where she's looking forward to sharing her lifetime of cooking knowledge with food lovers of all ages and experience levels.
