Abstract of Heidi’s presentation:
“Transformation is a phenomenon, often awkwardly articulated, poorly understood, unrealistically planned and sadly in many instances, is not only executed without having delivered the expected benefits articulated in the investment phase, but at times leaves the organisation in a worse state than before. This practical, experience-based journey walks through common pitfalls to avoid and best practice methods to experiment with to finally remove terms like 'Digital Transformation' from the top of your buzz-word bingo card.”
