Australian Mortgage Innovation Summit 2017

Complementing this two-day Summit is the prestigious Australian Lending Awards, to celebrate the best and brightest in the local lending market. Combined, these events are the most strategic in the Australian and global mortgage sector.
This year’s event will have a strong focus on the impact of technology and innovation within the mortgage sector. Discussion will deep-dive into affordability in the market, the origination innovation imperative and the changing nature of the broker distribution channel. These sessions will feature case from both bank and non-bank lender disruptors looking at the effect of rapid change has on customers’ experience and satisfaction.
The agenda will also explore the impact of industry regulations such as pricing for risk, the cost of capital for lenders and the rise of macroprudential tools. Regulators, lenders and technology leaders will join the discourse around the regulatory overlay surrounding the mortgage market.
