Event description

Description

The Australian Early Development Census (AEDC) is an Australian Federal Government population based measure of how children have developed by the time they start school. It looks at five areas of early childhood development areas: physical health and well-being, social competence, emotional maturity, language and cognitive skills, and communication skills and general knowledge.

Hosted by the Zig Zag Early Years Partnership and presented by WA’s AEDC State Coordinator Gail Clark, this event will unpack the City of Kalamunda’s 2016 AEDC data, exploring the areas where local children are thriving and where they may need a little more help.

- Teachers

- Early Years Professionals

- Parents & Grandparents

- Local Government representatives
