Event description

Description

Thank you for joining us at the launch of the ACNC's Australian Charities Report 2016.

Produced by the Centre for Social Impact in partnership with the Social Policy Research Centre at the University of New South Wales, the Australian Charities Report 2016 analyses the data of more than 51,000 charities.

The report, the fourth of its kind, offers an invaluable insight into Australia’s diverse charity sector, providing a detailed analysis of the financial information provided by registered charities and illustrating their impact on our communities.

The report will be officially launched by the Assistant Minister to the Treasurer, the Hon Michael Sukkar MP, and hosted by the ACNC.

ACNC Advisory Board Chair and CEO of UNICEF, Tony Stuart, will discuss the importance of research for the charity sector, and the Centre for Social Impact, our research partner, will provide an overview of the key findings from the report.

Please note: as this event is being held at Parliament House, all attendees will require photo identification to enter the building. Please ensure you have photo ID and leave ample time to clear security prior to the event.

Please arrive at 10:30am for an 11:00am start.

Light refreshments will be provided.
