Austral are a high-energy, four-piece Australian Celtic music group featuring Angus Barbary on fiddle, vocals and bouzouki, Caity Brennan on fiddle, Rhys Crimmin on guitar, percussion, didgeridoo and vocals, and Connor Hoy on Uilleann pipes, flute and whistle. Austral's music is infectiously toe-tapping and you may find it hard to resist the urge to get up and dance yourself. They have developed their own high-energy live stage sound and have a debut album hot off the press.

'Thylacine' is a mix of Austral's original instrumental dance tunes, some carefully selected songs by great writers and a bit of experimentation with the Australian Celtic genre. Come join us while we perform some of the music on the album live on stage and then some.
