- Handling customer complaints and disatisfaction

Korumburra Business Association and Prom Country Regional Tourism (PCRT) are hosting this FREE customer service workshop to help ensure our local businesses lead with way in the provision of quality customer service. The training will be facilitated by locals who have undertaken specialised 'AussieHost' customer service training.
