Want to learn how to assist young people experiencing mental health problems?
Attend a 14-hour Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Course
This course teaches first aid skills for adult members of the public to give initial help to adolesecnets experiencing mental health problems, in a mental health crisis situation, or in the early stages of a mental illness.

Parking is available, can we please request you park at the rear of the building, this does incur a short walk to the front entrance but facilitates the smooth operation of community health clinics throughout the day, your cooperation is appreciated.

Please arrive for registration from 08.30 to 09.00, course commences at 09.00 and concludes at 4.30 pm

Please be aware with dietary requirements we are providing this course on a limited budget, we will make every effort to accommodate requirements but cannot make guarantees.

If a registrant is unable to attend for any reasons they must in the first instant contact Caron Cahill via email caron.cahill@health.qld.gov.au

If a registrant is unable to attend, and proving the conference organiser are informed in writing 5 business days (1 week) before the event, you may request a refund.

If less than 5 business days before commencement of the course, registration maybe rolled over to the next available workshop but will incur a $25 fee for re-registration.
