A new strategic framework will be unveiled that allows for balance of innovation between the needs of today, the future needs of our community and the steps that we will need to take to get there. Join the team to hear:

o about the activities that are most closely aligned to the way we all currently do business

o how we are taking what we have, and extending it into new areas for our community of users

o the ideas we have for introducing entirely new elements to your business that don't exist today

Simon Quilty, Market Analyst & MD, MLX Pty Ltd will then fire us all up with an overview of global and Australian livestock markets along with his projections on where prices will land once the drought breaks.

3. Afternoon Session:

Part of our commitment to our community is ensuring we are building the right tools and helping in the future proofing of our users businesses. To do this we will run a brainstorming session to discuss ‘what you would do if that were to happen’. It will have a particular focus on how AuctionsPlus can help prepare businesses for opportunity once drought breaks. We give you the opportunity to advise on what incremental innovation is required on our current service, along with diving into how we build AuctionsPlus business out into what may one-day replace our existing core offering and even more exciting (and scary) we will create a place for ideas and opportunities, many of which may go nowhere. But we want to operate away from the constraints of today, because we see you as a critical influence in how we invent AuctionsPlus of the future.

4. Evening Session: Cocktail evening and canapes and AuctionsPlus Awards presentation – Foys Kirribilli
