Attention GPs working in Southern Adelaide (SALHN region)

Following on from the Adelaide PHN GP Round Table Workshops where GPs have identified a need for improving the relationship between acute and primary care, Adelaide PHN and SALHN invite you to a GP/Hospital Consultants Round Table Workshop.

Using Enzyme methodology, this workshop aims to:

  • facilitate meaningful engagement between hospital consultants and GPs
  • identify issues and opportunities to facilitate improved communication and patient care
  • identify ongoing forums to discuss clinical issues
  • prioritise areas for action to improve the relationship between acute and primary care

Access the consolidated reports summarising the findings from all previous GP Round Table Workshops on Adelaide PHN's consultation reports page
