Event description

Description

In this interactive workshop you will be provided with ways to recognise assertive, non-assertive and aggressive behaviour in yourself and in others. You will have the opportunity to practice verbal and non-verbal behaviours, identify your strengths and weaknesses and come away with a plan for improving communication and taking control of your career.

Many of us are people pleasers and put others ahead of ourselves. At work we want to deliver results that exceed expectations or feel coerced into working longer and longer hours.

The results are that we become overworked, stressed out and less productive. Relationships with others become strained.
