Event description

Description

Join us for a relaxing and energising Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow practice facing the Swan River in the beautiful, Sir James Mitchell Park overlooking Perth City. Nicole Lamb (RYT 500) will be leading participants through Pathanjali's Ashtanga Primary series, with adjustments and guidance given by the amazing lady.

We gather and practice yoga together with other students and yoga teachers and share yoga in a fun way to encourage newcomers to take up the practice to understand their body and relax the ever chaotic mind. Community yoga is a great way to get involved in affordable, outdoor Yoga classes after a hard week's work and get exposure to a wide range of teaching styles and yoga practices. Community is where all real goodness lies, in whatever you share together. If you are travelling, not working, in a hard place or just a happy person, our doors are always open to you and we'd love to get to know you.

There's no pressure to perform and no medals for forcing yourself beyond what is comfortable. Yoga is a practice of self-inquiry that makes you more resourceful, resilient and perseverance.

We facilitate a safe space, mutual respect, diversity, orthodox and traditional teachings of Pathanjali's, Hatha, Raja and Ashtanga based Yoga.

☆ We also have 5 Meetup spots at this class that are reserved for members who have submitted a By Donation Application form: https://tinyurl.com/bydonationyoga and uploaded a copy of their concession ID. For more info and other pricing options check out https://tinyurl.com/perthyogapricing.

☆ Please ensure you have registered to attend our classes by signing our Waiver/Registration Form to redeem your ticket (you only need to do this once): https://tinyurl.com/perthyogasignup.

Whatever your level is, the hard part time and time again is turning up at 9.30am and committing to your practice
