Description

From wilderness to near desolation and back again, why caring for gifts of nature matter.The Friends of the Schoolmasters House Inc present on their work caring for Ash Island and the events that have played out in the past that make Ash Island a globally significant place.

The Friends of the Schoolmasters House Inc is a Landcare group with a difference. In addition to the traditional Landcare tasks of planting, weeding, advocacy and communication about our native bushland plants and animals, the group is digitising the library of the Koorangang Wetland Rehabilitation Project.
