"As Long as I Have Music"
a Choral Concert by Bel Cantare Choir
This year charity concert, titled “As Long as I Have Music”, is named to represent our core belief that with music, that we can achieve the impossible. Bel Cantare choristers come from different background and besides the differences, their love of music unify the choir.
As Long as I Have Music will present 13 songs, which include various music from sacred song such as ‘O Magnum Mysterium' to modern pop song ‘Viva La Vida’ by Coldplay. Moreover, Bel Cantare will also perform Indonesian folk songs, i.e. Soleram (Riau) and Yamko Rambe Yamko (Papua). All profit will be donated to Jesuit Mission for education project in Timor Leste.

Who is Bel Cantare Choir?
Bel Cantare Choir is an Indonesian Choral community in Sydney. This community was founded in 2004. Since then, Bel Cantare has experienced, achieved and participated in many musical events such as Christmas carols, festivals, weddings, competitions, as well as cultural events to promote Indonesian culture to Australian public.

Bel Cantare was also invited by Christopher Tin (a Grammy Award Winning Composer) to be a part of Distinguished Concerts International New York (DCINY) for his Calling All Dawns concert at Lincoln Center, and attended masterclass workshop by The Idea of North during chOir-tly LOUD Festival of Song, Wollongong 2013.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
* Public Transport: Buses 380,381 and 333 routes. Drop off at the rear of the Pavilion building at the corner of Campbell Pde and Roscoe Street
* Parking : Metered parking along Queen Elizabeth Drive, Cambell Pde and on Park Drive behind the Pavilion. Other options will be at Wilson Parking on Campbell Pde and along Bondi Beach
