Event description

Description

Find out all you need to know about our major production!

ARTS2122 Performance Production is a practical studio-based course that gives you the opportunity to be involved in the creation of a public theatre production in Io Myers Studio, UNSW. It provides an exciting and intensive experience of staging a performance text together with a professional director, and with the designer, producer and production manager from the UNSW Creative Practice Lab. This course offers an authentic experience of working as a professional theatre-maker, as well as the opportunity to develop analytical methods for observing and reflecting on production processes.

The course sits within Session 1, and in 2017 it will run from 30 January to 11 March. Student numbers in the course are capped. If you find the course is full when you go to enroll, please contact the course convener, Theron Schmidt (t.schmidt@unsw.edu.au) who can put your name and contact details on the reserve list.

If you want to find out more about the course, come to this info session!

At this session you will be introduced to key staff members and provided with both general information and a rehearsal and production calendar.

If you are unable to attend this session, but would like further information, please email Theron Schmidt (t.schmidt@unsw.edu.au).
