About this event
What does joy mean to you? In this 45-minute workshop offers an opportunity to explore in an accepting, non-judgmental space. Operating on the premise, “invitation to enjoy, not expectation to be” you are warmly invited to simply attend and be open to the possibility of joy and its arrival.
With some guided prompts for reflective thinking and noticing, this workshop is light, fun, explorative and allow you room to roam and discover where joy lives for you and support joy into the future.

Presenter name: Dee Gray
Dee Gray is a self-identified ‘lifelong learner’, Dee is quizzical, quirky, and empathic with people and the arts. She is constantly surprised by the arts and is hugely curious about their role in human experiencing of joy and happiness. Having completed her Masters in Art Therapy, she is working across several spaces including private counselling practice and running workshops. She is married, a busy mum of three, and lives in Adelaide, South Australia. She possesses an undergraduate degree in social work and values equality, dignity, respect, and human rights for all persons. She is passionate about the ongoing language of the arts in being genuinely human, and how they offer space for being present for authentic individual and community wellness in all ways.
