Event description

Description

Corporate partnerships are an essential part of the funding model and an important source of revenue for arts and cultural organisations.

To secure and maintain corporate partners, organisations must understand what drives businesses to partner with the arts, clearly articulate their assets and take time to cultivate partners.

Creative Partnerships Australia presents Arts and Business Partnerships a half-day workshop with leading cultural strategist Janine Collins, who will share insights, successful strategies and partnership models gained from more than 25 years in national and international business development.

Who it’s for:

General managers, executive directors and development staff of NT arts and cultural organisations.

What you’ll get:

A half-day workshop on the strategies and partnership models NT-based organisations can implement to secure mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships with the local business community.

The workshop will cover

  • What business wants from partnerships
  • Why business invests in partnerships
  • Your organisation’s partnership assets and benefits
  • The process of procuring, securing and renewing a partnership
  • What to consider when writing a business partnership proposal.

Real-life case studies will be provided.

With thanks to our venue partner Adina Vibe Darwin.
