Event Details

As AI is becoming more pervasive in our life, its impact on business is more significant and concerns and issues are raised regarding the aspects of trust, ethics and privacy.  Since many CEOs are not digital natives, the rise of this technology can be even intimidating.  There is a founded fear of anomalies, privacy concerns, and mistakes – all of which can tarnish a company’s reputation or directly lead to losing revenue.  Consequently, many enterprises are slow to react to these technological advancements and of course, ignoring them all together can have devastating consequences.

The fact that AI systems are created by humans who are in general prone to be judgemental and biased, gives way to the fact that AI systems can also be biased.  Thus, while such software can be used to trigger positive changes, they cannot be completely relied upon for absolutely fair and unbiased decisions.  That’s why AI-based autonomous systems pose a number of dependability challenges.  The biggest one in the use of AI-based techniques for autonomy is that of unanticipated and complex situations in which the system is expected to act sensibly.  Therefore, the question isn’t anymore “How will AI affect you?”.  Instead, it is: “How can AI work for you?"

MBS Conventions

MBS Conventions is an event publishing company with a focus on business and technology. All our events are run independently, with speakers and topics selected by a panel of experts in a specific area.

When you attend a summit, convention or conference organised by us, you will have the opportunity not only to hear thought leaders in specific areas but also actively participate in the event. Using our "Reverse Q&A" segment in each session, you will have the opportunity to provide input on a specific topic.

And, since each of our events includes a 2-hour networking reception, a dinner or both, you will have a great opportunity to meet peers and discuss topics of common interest.
