Art Workshop: Block Printing on Tea-towels with Mary-Lou Nugent
Overview
Create your own kitchen masterpiece in this guided session by experienced artist and printmaker Mary-Lou. All materials are provided including tea towels.
Mary-Lou Nugent is a Braidwood based textile artist, with a passion for surface design. She studied Textile Design at RMIT in Melbourne before completing a Graduate Diploma in Art Secondary Teaching at Sydney Teachers College. She has worked in the arts for many decades, both in Alice Spring and Canberra, including the National Gallery of Australia for 20 years where she was Manager of the Touring Exhibition program.
