This session is aimed at GPs, Practice Owners, Practice Managers and Nurses.
Registration from 9:15am, education starts at 9:30am.
HNECCPHN in collaboration with the Improvement Foundation are providing a full day training session to support practices in their management of quality improvement activities ahead of the release of the Quality Improvement (QI) Practice Incentive Payment (PIP).
This session is designed to support staff to run gold standard quality improvement activities and develop change management skills including how to effectively manage resistance.
The session will also provide an overview of the QI PIP, information on data cleansing, access to resources and toolkits to support QI, and a PEN CS update.
Accreditation for QI&CPD Points
This workshop, plus the pre and post activity will be accredited by the Improvement Foundation, for 40 RACGP Category 1 QI&CPD Points.
