Join us for an evening with Bridget Hogg who will chat about how to lead yourself and your organisation by implementing best practice in psychological wellbeing, human resources and organisation development. Bridget will share:

How top leaders attract, select, develop, and manage change in their organisation;

The “Opening the Heart” Entrepreneur and Executive Development Program where Executives develop awareness of the impact of their communication style in a heart opening experience - using horses as facilitators.
Bridget started her business, HR Development at Work, in the nineties and brought it to Adelaide in 2002, specialising in helping organisations with the people side of things. She has grown her business substantially over the last 17 years working with small business and big corporates. She has worked with over 100 local organisations, has been commended by a Minister for her work, won a Marion Business Heroes award and was winner of the Hallett Cove Business Association Professional and Business Services Award 2019. In 2019 Bridget helped over 330 people with her Next Steps Program; launched a free online careers magazine; and started the inaugural Employment Consultants Conference in Adelaide.
The evening will include a networking session with a complimentary drinks and platters following the session.
