Are you grant ready?
Mitchell Shire Council are pleased to deliver a FREE Grant Writing Workshop (2 session times available) to assist community organisations with best practice strategies and approaches for successful grant writing processes.
Content and Learning Outcomes to be covered in the workshop will include:
» What are grants and why do organisations give them out
» What funding is available to your group
» Selling your organisation and project
» Defining the project and its benefits
» The cost of the plan – your budget
» Defining your organisations stakeholders and partners
» Sustainability - keeping the project going after the funding finishes
» Evaluation of the project
Special guest
We will also be joined by a guest speaker from Bendigo Community Bank who will share local and national grant opportunities and some top tips for your application process.
Tea, coffee & refreshments will be provided.

Afternoon session: 1:30pm to 4pm, Thursday 21 February 2019
Evening session: 6pm to 8:30pm, Thursday 21 February 2019
Please arrive roughly 15 prior to the session commencing for registration.
