Architecture on Show: sexy and sustainable
In partnership with the Australian Institute of Architects, join local practitioners, Andrew Nimmo and Sam Crawford, in a talk and Q&A. As part of our Architecture on Show series, our experts ask – can sustainability be sexy?
How our built environment functions and effects our community is crucial to how we grow as a city as it shapes our understanding of form and beauty. As agents of architectural change, our practitioners question the disparity between aesthetics and environmental custodianship.
Gain insight into the changing relationship between beauty and sustainable values. Then, unpack the reasons why the two are often separate, rather than common architectural goals.
