About this Event
Welcome to Aqua Easy, a very gentle warm water exercise experience in the Hydrotherapy pool. Suitable for people with joint mobility difficulties.
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness however if working out is new for you, it is recommended that you consult with your medical care provider before beginning any exercise program. Participants are encouraged to bring their own personal aqua equipment to use.
Bookings close 15mins before the start of the class or unless booked out earlier. If your chosen class is booked out, please check back periodically as cancellations do happen and spaces become available.
Please make sure you check your booking date and time on your confirmation email.
You MUST bring your booking ID.
Cost: members free/casuals pay upon arrival
Class size: this class is limited to 10 people
Important information:
Participants aged 13 to 16 are welcome but must be accompanied by a participating guardian aged 16 or older.
Due to being limited to 10 people per session we request that fairness be considered for others wishing to participate, so please ensure you cancel your booking if you change your mind or become unwell. Failure to cancel bookings will incur a two-strike penalty. If you receive two strikes, you will be unable to participate in any sessions during the following week.
You are required to check in for your class via Customer Service at least 5 minutes prior to the classes starting time. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the class once the door to the class has closed. During busy periods, car parking may be limited. Please allow extra time to find a car park.
In the event of a class cancellation, you will be notified via sms (please ensure you provide your correct mobile number when registering)
Please use hand sanitiser provided when you enter a group fitness class and use your towel to lay on benches and mats.
It is standard gym etiquette that all users wipe down equipment after use.
Please do not attend if you:
- Are unwell or experiencing signs and symptoms of sickness.
- Have travelled overseas in the past month.
- Have been in contact with someone who has travelled overseas in the past month.
- Have been in contact with someone diagnosed or suspected of having COVID-19.
