Description
APT has expertly created a 10 week balanced program for YOU.
During this time APT will help you dig deeper within yourself, to learn more about how you can become a better version of YOU in your life ongoing. APT's passion fueled purpose, is to help people of all ages, to find the best & smartest ways to be mobile, fit, healthy and happy on their own individual terms.
Dates: Starting Tues 16 July until Thurs 19 Sept.
Duration: 2 x 1 hour per week - 20 Sessions over 10 weeks to challenge & nurture yourself. All the Session dates are in the ticket drop-down menu, to book in - just pick the first date Tues 16 July and the price is for all 20 Sessions. Book in by 15 July to jump on board.
Tues 6am - Functional Fitness Circuit Training, Pilates Mat & Stretching that benefits you starting at your level to improve strength, fitness & flexibility. You will learn the finer details of true technique and ways to improve your posture & mobility.
Thurs 6am - bodyART Training Barefoot myofascial mat workout inspired by Yoga, Martial Arts, Tai Chi, Dance, & Pilates based on Yin & Yang principals & the five elements of Chinese medicine. You will love the release & control bodyART brings to you on your terms. A beautiful balance of challenge and nurture creating your own energy and calmness from the inside out.
You will benefit from Andrea's expertise, through her professional International ballet career & over 11 years of Personal Training, Pilates, Functional Training & an Australian bodyART Master Trainer.
NB. This is NOT a bootcamp. This is self education and empowerment you create, with friendly non-competitive support in a Small Group personalised setting. Anything worthwhile requires consistent effort and committment, and THIS is VERY WORTHWHILE. It's an investment in you after all.

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
18 years
however 14 years + can attend if accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18.
Do I need to have done Pilates or been to a Gym to sign up?
No - we welcome you to just make a start and do what you can and build from there.
What do I wear and bring into the Sessions?
Wear comfortable gym gear. Bring Water and a towel
We supply all equipment including mats.
