Description

Not sure what an APS innovation lab is? Want to find out what other departments are doing to innovate the way they work? Not sure what innovation actually looks like?

Join us at the APS Innovation Marketplace during Innovation Month!

The Public Sector Innovation Network is bringing together in one place 13 federal government departments to showcase their labs, innovations and methodologies. You will be able to visit each department's stall to find out what they have to offer and ask questions.

Two sessions will run across the morning of Friday 20 July - 9:30 am and 11:00 am.

The 9:30 am session will also feature the Melbourne University Policy Lab presenting findings from its recent study of the rapid growth of public sector innovation labs in Australia and New Zealand. The research delves into the approaches and methods being used by the innovation labs to tackle policy problems, the impacts of labs on policy systems, and how they are set up in government departments.

Can't join us that early? Not to worry, we will also be streaming the presentation so you dont miss out. Streaming details provided here soon.

If you would like to join the 11:00 am session please register for that separately. Places are strictly limited to please ensure you register to secure your place.
