The world feels so overwhelming for many of us right now. A gentle space for self-love, compassion, and acceptance is important more than ever.
This online free guided meditation is a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. The practice focuses on the natural flow of the breath, with no rigid rules or expectation.
No prior experience is needed. All ages, religions, genders and cultural backgrounds are welcome. This is an open, nurturing space, so please come just as you are!
Please register in advance if possible so that I know you're coming. The sessions are in Melbourne time.
