Application Development (AppDev) is not a new concept and over the years, development methods like RUP, XP, Peer Programming and Agile have rising to solve the problem - "How can we deliver projects and applications more effectively?" We have been learning from different communities especially ones that have no money, no time and no resources and are eager to validate, learn and scale ie. startups.

In this 2 hour workshop, we are going to explore what it takes to deliver solutions with a startup mentality. For this, we explore:

1. Projects that are being delivered and projects that could be delivered but aren't.
2. The way we look at delivering projects and how we adapt to change in a lean startup way.
3. How the application architecture can affect the speed of innovation using APIs.
4. How AppDev can benefit from DevOps and DevRel practices with a focus on DevExp.

We will discuss these project management and architectural concerns and reinforce the concepts by practical demonstrations. If you want to explore how to transform your developer organisation and deliver projects more effectively, then this workshop is for you.
