It's almost 103 years since the ANZAC's made their landing at Gallipoli, and as part of our Centenary series the History Learning Community would like to invite all ANU Staff Students to come share in the Aussie Tradition of the ANZAC Biscuit.

Bring a mate, make a mate and eat and learn all about the science behind this Australian icon (hint: bicarb soda is involved)
