Event description

Description

From its earliest days, cricket has been an integral part of the life and times of South Australia. Come discover highlights of the amazing range of cricket themed material in the State Library's collections, and enjoy a unique opportunity to see some of our original materials close up.

Even if you're not a cricket buff you'll be fascinated by the photographs and memorabilia from the State Library collections. This is a rare opportunity to view historical materials including a match program, scorecard, children's books, menus and one of, "our Don Bradman" scrapbooks. We will also show you how to access our websites, oral histories and images.

This program includs a 30 minute guided walk through the heritage Mortlock Wing, contemporary Spence Wing and Treasures Wall exhibition areas when possible.
