Five teenage mutants with extraordinary abilities are sent to a secret medical facility that is supposedly able to cure them of their unwanted powers. Invited by the mysterious Dr. Cecilia Reyes to share their experiences, they soon begin experiencing horrifying hallucinations and realise that they may be prisoners – not patients – and must fight to escape their past sins.
