Event description
Join Reconciliation Victoria for our first Forum of the year ‘Anti-racism in the Reconciliation Movement’.

About this event

This forum will feature a panel discussion with Reconciliation Victoria Board Members Maria Dimopolous AM, Professor Andrew Gunstone and CEO Diana David who will discuss anti-racism work from the perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, the multicultural community, and the non-Aboriginal ally community. This will be followed by a workshop co-designed with Aboriginal Elders, led by Moreland Reconciliation Initiative and Bendigo Reconciliation Committee, where attendees will be invited to reflect on their own anti-racism work and find ways to better incorporate anti-racism into their own reconciliation journey and actions.

Spaces are limited so register soon to secure your spot. This is a FREE event, however donations are welcomed. If you wish to submit a donation visit: http://www.reconciliationvic.org.au/donations-page
