Anti-racism and Bystander Action Training Program 2
Training Program Overview
If you've been looking for ways to be a good ally and be anti-racist in the way you work, think and navigate the world, then this training program is for you. This program is the perfect platform to develop your understanding of structural racism and your skills in challenging racism and oppression when you see it.
The two engaging and interactive workshops form the program and are designed to develop racial literacy, empathy, and understanding of race-related issues and identities, alongside tools, skills, and strategies for intervention in your everyday life.
Using a combination of group work, role play, and personal reflection, these workshops develop capacity for solidarity, accountability, and bystander intervention.
