Professor Donna Cross - Guest speaker

Professor Donna Cross has an international reputation for developing community-based interventions to reduce anti-social behaviour among young people. Professor Cross has contributed to sustainable practice, policy and regulatory change, both in Australia and internationally.

Professor Cross has worked tirelessly to improve the health of our young people by bridging the gap between research and community programs, with a focus on transferring knowledge from research evidence into policy and practice.

Professor Cross is Director of the Early Childhood Development and Learning Collaboration (CoLab), hosted by Telethon Kids Institute and funded by the Minderoo Foundation, which aims to meet the needs of children, families and communities facing adversity.

At the core of Professor Cross’s work is a commitment to drawing the community’s attention to the importance of investing in actions to strengthen the health and resilience of children.
