Event description

Description

Come and join me at this small personalised cooking class, with a maximum of 8 guests.

The class will talk about the reason why inflammation cause us so much grief in our bodies (lack of energy, cloudy head, poor sleep, low mood, weight gain, hormone imbalance) and it will showcase how to eat great nourishing and nutritious foods for an anti-inflammatory, vital body and mind.

Learn about eating those foods for reduced inflammation throughout your body, resulting in a vital and balanced you!

Particular foods help to support the body's anti-inflammatory pathways, and other foods helped to clear away the 'residue' from inflammation. Understand what's best for your body.

See recipes being made and sample breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. All the recipes are gluten free.

The afternoon's schedule:

  • The afternoon commences with a Kombucha Spritz and an anti-inflammatory appetiser to taste

  • Emma talks about inflammation in the body, what it's doing, how it affects your health and mood. She Discusses foods that create inflammation, and foods that reduce it

  • Emma takes those anti-inflammatory foods and shows you dishes made from those ingredients:

  • Breakfast

  • Lunch

  • Dinner

  • You help her make them, and get to eat them!

  • Plus you make your own to take away

Seeing recipes come to life, gives you lots of confidence and plenty of nutritional wisdom!

Sit down with me and enjoy sampling those foods, talking about health, and sharing your own experiences in this supportive environment.

Have questions about health, nutrition and cooking? Then know that you can ask them in this intimate setting.
